    Use valid Australian address on RMA form, as Infinity is not liable for lost packages or delays caused by invalid or changed addresses. Ensure RMA# is clearly written on package label and use proper packaging materials to avoid damage during shipping. Infinity reserves the right to refuse unauthorized requests.
    All service must be approved by Infinity according to their Warranty Policy and Discretions. Infinity reserves the right to reject physically damaged, missing/bent pins, burned, cracked, or other abuse-related RMA returns. Infinity has no liability for general, consequential, incidental, or special damages, including lost data, profits, and installation costs.     Everything You Need to Know About Our RA Process.

    An RA form is a document that allows you to initiate a return or repair request for a product. You need to fill it out to provide us with the necessary information to process your request.

    Please check the bottom of your notebook, The serial should look like below.

    Your proof of purchase should include your name, the date of purchase, the name of the product, and the purchase price. You can provide a copy of your receipt or invoice as proof of purchase.

    Once we receive your completed RA form and proof of purchase, we will issue you an RA number within 1-2 business days.

    We will book a courier to pick up your laptop using the information you provided on the RA form. The courier will scan the label we email you when they pick up the laptop.

    The time it takes for us to receive your laptop will depend on the courier’s delivery time. 

    The time it takes for us to assess and repair your laptop will depend on the issue and the extent of the repair needed. We will provide you with an estimated time of repair once our team assesses the unit.
