Please allow 1-2 business days for your RA number to be created and a courier will be booked in to pick up your laptop soon. Here’s what you need to do next:

  1. Keep an eye on your email inbox for a label from us.
  2. Print out the label and stick it on the box that you’re sending your laptop in.
  3. The courier will scan the label when they pick up the laptop.
  4. Once we receive the laptop at our facility, our team will assess the unit to determine the issue and the best course of action to repair it.

Everything You Need to Know About Our RA Process.

An RA form is a document that allows you to initiate a return or repair request for a product. You need to fill it out to provide us with the necessary information to process your request.

Your proof of purchase should include your name, the date of purchase, the name of the product, and the purchase price. You can provide a copy of your receipt or invoice as proof of purchase.

Once we receive your completed RA form and proof of purchase, we will issue you an RA number within 1-2 business days.

We will book a courier to pick up your laptop using the information you provided on the RA form. The courier will scan the label we email you when they pick up the laptop.

The time it takes for us to receive your laptop will depend on the courier’s delivery time. We will notify you once we receive your laptop at our facility.

The time it takes for us to assess and repair your laptop will depend on the issue and the extent of the repair needed. We will provide you with an estimated time of repair once our team assesses the unit.
